Missi began her Real Estate business in 2007, after retiring from a successful 30 year career in banking and real estate lending. Her extensive knowledge of real estate in not only Florida and the United States, but also international real estate, is invaluable in helping buyers and sellers be successful with their real estate goals. Most importantly - her customers trust her. 95% of her business comes from those who know her or have been personally referred to her by those who know her, know her work ethic, integrity and character.
Missi has a unique perspective of the industry, remembering and understanding the ebbs and flows of the real estate tide throughout the 70's, 80's, 90's and into the new millenium. She works tirelessly to understand the microcommunities within Northeast Florida, to meet the needs of her customers from the Northside to St. Augustine, Atlantic Beach to the Westside and all points in between, Missi can provide valuable knowledge and service whether her customers are buying or selling.
Missi lives in the Intracoastal area of Jacksonville with her husband and shelter-rescued Lab/Shepherd mix, Buddy and Dachshund mix, Rocco. She is a mother of 3 children and a grandmother, so she also has a personal parental perspective of the community, having been an active volunteer in school, athletic and music programs for over 20 years.
